Description
1- Inner Specifications:
o Internal filling: The inner filling can be made of cardboard - honeycomb - or wooden sticks or chipboard.
o Inner frame: The door consists of an inner frame of Turkish pine wood, approximately 4 cm wide and 35 mm thick (the middle part of the inner frame is provided with additional support on each side, 30*4 cm and 35 mm thick, to accommodate the locking system). The wooden panels are manufactured using the FINDER JOINT method to resist the warping of the wood sections over time.
o MDF Layer: Then a layer of MDF wood with a thickness of 6 mm is combined on each side with the structure of the door to which adhesive glue is added and the pressing process is carried out using a hydraulic press (75) bar (60 tons) and with the presence of the heat formed by the heaters (160 degrees Celsius).
o The Outer Layer: PVC or melamine veneer is added according to the required color, or the door is sent to the painting department to obtain the required color.
